Terms of service

Stamp is a marketplace for authenticated sneakers and streetwear. House inventory is sold by Stamp. Independent sellers use connected Whop accounts. All payments and payouts stay on Whop.

The live ask is the price. A bid at or above that ask checks out. A bid under the ask is not a contract and is not matched automatically.

Sellers must send deadstock product that matches the listing. Stamp can reject a pair that fails inspection. Buyers must be able to accept delivery at the address they enter.

These terms sit on top of Whop’s platform terms. If they conflict, Whop terms control for payments, identity, and account access.
