Refund policy

Stamp refunds a purchase in full if authentication fails, if the pair arrives damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong size.

Open a conversation from your Whop account within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the box, tags, and the issue. Do not throw away the packaging until we say so.

Authenticated deadstock is not returnable because you changed your mind, because the color looks different on a screen, or because the size you bought does not fit. Size is selected at checkout.

Refunds go back to the original payment method on Whop. We do not send store credit or off-platform transfers.
